• Reservation balance due 30 days prior to arrival

• Check in time 3:00 – no early check in
• Check out time 11:00 no late check out
• At checkout:  leave both keys on the kitchen counter and lock doors on your exit,

Parking

• 4 wheel drive vehicle required on driveway up to the snowflake inn (use lower lot if you do not have 4 wheel drive)
• Units 1,3,5 allowed 3 cars, park closely
• Units 2,4,6 allowed 2 cars, park closely

Noise & Conduct

• Quiet time 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• No onsite parties or group events
• No firepits, campfires on grounds or decks

Pets

• No Pets

Smoking

• No Smoking

Housekeeping

• At checkout: no trash left (put in dumpster); no food left in refrigerator, no dirty dishes left

Facilities & Equipment

• Bring your own sheets, pillowcases, towels, paper products
